Philadanco

As the resident designer for Philadanco, I have archives for many of the works performed since the inception of the company over 45 years ago by Ms. Joan Myers Brown. For most of the history of the company, the lighting was designed by the late great William T. Grant III. I have had the responsibility for the company's lighting for the past decade. Below is the amazing list of ballets performed in the company's long history. In parenthesis is the name of the choreographer. The dates listed afterwards indicate the premiere date and the last date that it was performed by the company in a home season. The a's and b's indicate the spring or fall home season. Much of the archive was lost when Mr. Grant passed away. Any and all information regarding any of these pieces would be greatly appreciated. Please contact me here.
